Historical Snapshot:
Based on the Quonset Business Park’s successful “Site Readiness” program, the Rhode Island READY initiative (“RI Ready”) will prepare industrial sites across the state. Managed by the Quonset Development Corporation (“QDC”), RI Ready will invest $40.0 million in bond funding approved by voters in 2021 to provide the services necessary to create a statewide inventory of pre-permitted properties that can support economic development.
